Caroline Neff is a graduate of NYU Law School and Columbia University. Prior to founding Neff Legal, Caroline was a corporate attorney at Alston & Bird in New York City.  

Drawing on her broad experience in transactional law, Caroline currently serves as outside legal counsel to multinational corporations including Aimpoint AB, a premier Swedish optics manufacturer. 

As a former attorney search firm director, Caroline also provides consultations to attorneys seeking career guidance. She has placed attorneys at top Am Law firms including Simpson Thacher and Wilson Sonsini.
